Welcome to the 2024 Sri Lanka Tourism B2B Meetings & Networking Event! Follow these instructions for a productive and enjoyable experience

Event Start: Please arrive early, with registration beginning at 4:00 PM. Be prepared for meetings by 4:15 PM.

• Opening Session: The event starts at 4:15 PM with an opening session, where we'll discuss the event format, share networking tips, and advise on how to make the most of your meetings.

  
  

• Duration: The event will last 2 hours.

  
  

• Meeting Format: Meetings will take place at tables of 4, designed for business discussions with various Sri Lankan businesses. We recommend keeping each meeting around 5 minutes to network with as many businesses as possible.

  
  

• Attendees: You will have the opportunity to meet with 60 - 75 delegates attendees from Sri Lanka.

  
  

• Looking for Specific Businesses? If you're searching for a specific business or have particular requirements, please speak to a meeting host or a support staff member on-site.

  
  

• Bring Your Materials: Ensure to bring your business cards and any other necessary materials for your meetings.

  
  

• Refreshments: Tea, coffee, and refreshments will be served during the sessions.

  
  

• Preparation: Arrive prepared to engage and network.

  
  

• Feedback: Kindly fill out the feedback form before exiting the meeting area.

  
  

• Gala Dinner & Official Ceremony: For invitees, the Gala Dinner and Official Ceremony start at 6:30 PM. Please proceed to the designated hall after the B2B session.
